Calendar of Events

We’re getting ready for our End of Summer HOA Picnic! Join your neighbors on Saturday, August 29, 2026, from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM at Wills’ residence, 2850 Kilburn Ct (same location as Cinco De Mayo was at this and last year). We’re planning a fun afternoon and evening for residents and families to get together, enjoy some food, play some games, and spend some time around the pool or the tiki bar.

 

Food & Drinks We’re planning a variety of picnic favorites, including hot dogs, beer brats, chili, chicken nuggets, chips, veggie trays, vegetable spring rolls, vegetarian smoked baked beans, pasta salad, and a variety of desserts. We’ll also have various ice cream treats available to help everyone cool off.

 

There will be a variety of non-alcoholic drinks, including pop and water, as well as adult beverages. We’re also planning to have a slushie machine with multiple flavors. Residents who are interested in contributing food or beverages will have opportunities to sign up as we get closer to the event.

 

Activities We’re planning a variety of games and activities throughout the picnic. Some of the ideas include a cornhole tournament, Jenga, bocce ball, croquet, volleyball, ladder ball, sack races, and a water balloon toss. We’re also looking into additional entertainment options.

 

There will be plenty of opportunities for residents to socialize, play games, enjoy the food, and make use of the pool.

 

Pool & Child Safety Because the pool will be available during the picnic, parents and guardians are responsible for supervising their children at all times. Please do not rely on other residents or volunteers to monitor children in or around the pool.  A liability form will need to be signed by a parent or guardian prior to their children swimming.

 

Parents should also make sure children have any necessary life jackets or other appropriate flotation devices, and that infants and toddlers use appropriate swim diapers while in the pool.

 

Sign-Up & More Information If you plan on attending, please click the resident sign-up sheet so we can get a better idea of how many people plan to attend and make sure we have enough food and supplies. There are also opportunities for residents to sign up to contribute food or beverages.
