Oktoberfest
Saturday, October 5th, 2024, 4pm to 11pm at Pond
OKTOBERFEST POSTPONED
Due to the uncertainty of the weather for September 28, and recent increase of precipitation forecasted, we have decided to postpone Oktoberfest to Saturday, October 5 at 4pm.
Bring some brews and have some fun with your neighbors as we say goodbye to summer and hello to fall.
Children welcome, we will have some games out to enjoy including axe throwing, cornhole, giant Jenga, and ladder ball!
There will be a best dressed/theme contest, as well as some light snacks including beer brat and Kielbasa bites (with peppers and onions), sauerkraut, pretzels + beer cheese, cookies. There will also be juice, water, and pop. Please bring a 6 pack to share!
Annual HOA Meeting
Monday, October 14th, 2024, 7pm to 9pm at Brewster Elementary School - Gym
Please come and discuss all the things that we have been working on this year and give us ideas of what else needs work.
Spooky Trails
Saturday, October 19th, 2024, 6:30pm to 8pm at Start of Trail at New Kent
Get ready to be spooked (in the best way possible!) and have some fun watching a Halloween movie, while enjoying some hot chocolate, cider, donuts, and popcorn!

7:15pm - 8:00pm - Scary Version for older kids/candy at concessions
