Please bring a 6 pack to share if you’d like to participate in the beer sharing.

Annual HOA Meeting
Thursday, October 8th, 2026, 7pm to 9pm at Crown of Life Lutheran Church and Preschool
General HOA Meeting – Thursday, October 8, 2026
Our annual General HOA Meeting will be held at:
Crown of Life Lutheran Church and Preschool
2975 Dutton Road Rochester Hills, MI 48306
SE Corner of Adams and Dutton Rd
Come hear what has been happening in the neighborhood over the past year and what we have planned for the year ahead.
This is also a great opportunity to bring your questions, comments, concerns, or ideas to the Board. We’d love to hear from residents about what you’d like to see in the neighborhood.
Spooky Trails
Saturday, October 24th, 2026, 6:30pm to 8pm at Start of Trail at New Kent
6:30 PM to 7:15 PM: Not Scary version for younger kids, with candy along the trail
7:15 PM to 8:00 PM: Scary version for older kids, with candy and concessions
We’re also looking for someone who would be interested in leading the planning of Spooky Trails this year. The Board will still provide plenty of help with planning, decorations, setup, cleanup, preparation, and everything else that goes into the event. We’re simply hoping to have someone take the lead and help coordinate it.
If you’re interested in helping out in any capacity, please email us at board@hawthornsubdivision.com
Spooky Trails – Saturday, October 24 - NEW DATE
Our biggest event of the year is back!
Get ready to be spooked in the best way possible as we transform the trails for a fun Halloween evening. We’ll also have a Halloween movie, cider, donuts, popcorn, and plenty of candy.
We need volunteers! This is one of our favorite events to put together, but it takes a lot of people to make it happen. We’re especially looking for volunteers to be our “scarers” along the trail. We also always need help the day of the event for setup and takedown. For those who has already volunteered, thank you!!!
