Tentative - Oktoberfest
Saturday, October 3rd, 2026, 4pm to 10pm at Pond
Bring some brews and have some fun with your neighbors as we say goodbye to summer and hello to fall. Children welcome, we will have some games out to enjoy including axe throwing, cornhole, giant Jenga, and ladder ball! There will be some light snacks including beer brat and Kielbasa bites (with peppers and onions), sauerkraut, pretzels + homemade smoked beer cheese, cookies. There will also be juice, water, and pop. Please bring a 6 pack to share!
Annual HOA Meeting

Come hear what has been happening in the neighborhood over the past year and what we have planned for the year ahead.
This is also a great opportunity to bring your questions, comments, concerns, or ideas to the Board. We’d love to hear from residents about what you’d like to see in the neighborhood.

Spooky Trails
Saturday, October 17th, 2026, 6:30pm to 8pm at Start of Trail at New Kent
Get ready to be spooked (in the best way possible!) and have some fun watching a Halloween movie, while enjoying some cider, donuts, and popcorn!

6:30pm - 7:15pm - Not Scary Version for younger kids/hand out candy on trail
7:15pm - 8:00pm - Scary Version for older kids/candy at concessions
We are looking for a lot of volunteers (especially scarers) to help with this, which is our biggest (and most fun in my opinion) event of the year! We have some great ideas this year to make it even better!
